Send the design and its purpose
Include your model, target dimensions in millimetres, quantity, preferred colour and any deadline. Tell us if parts need to fit together or carry a load. A photo or sketch can help explain the intended use.
Choose a useful file format
STL carries mesh geometry; confirm its intended units and size. 3MF can carry additional information, including project settings and colours. Printer-specific settings still need review. Keep the editable source file for later changes.
Before you send it
- Check that the model represents a closed, printable solid.
- Identify mating surfaces and required clearances.
- Flag delicate details, overhangs and visible surfaces.
- Keep separate colours or components identifiable.
- Check that your licence allows your intended use.
How we price a print
We review your model, material, quantity and finishing needs before confirming a price. Larger print jobs are reviewed for volume savings. A file size alone cannot tell us the printing time or cost.
