How sessions work
Read, then bench
Every badge is a readable document with checkpoints. Members read it, bring it to the bench, and work at their own speed. Nobody is timing anyone.
Assessment is showing
When a checkpoint says get assessed, you find an instructor and show them. Doing the thing, knowing why, and calling your own mistakes counts for more than a lucky first try.
The ladder out the top
Badges lead to capstones. Capstones lead to junior mentor, then mentor, then apprentice: an apron with your name on it, a hook, a nook, and real shifts that count toward volunteer hours.
No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to make things. Book five or more sessions and 15% comes off automatically in the cart.
