Canadair built 1,815 Sabres at Cartierville, and the Mk.6 with its Orenda 14 engine was the best Sabre ever produced.

The Golden Hawks, the RCAF aerobatic team from 1959 to 1964, flew gold painted Sabres like this one to mark fifty years of powered flight in Canada.

Two sizes. The medium is 1:72, 157 mm across the wings and 155 mm long. The large is 1:48, 235 mm across and 232 mm long. Both are printed in PLA and finished by hand in Hamilton, Ontario.
